1. Products and Prices

We make every reasonable effort to display product images, descriptions and prices accurately. All prices are shown in Qatari Riyals. Amada Perfumes reserves the right to change prices or promotions before an order is confirmed.

2. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not become final until it is confirmed by Amada Perfumes. We may contact the customer to verify the order or delivery address. We may also cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is an obvious error in the price or information provided.

3. Payment Methods

Payment may be made using the methods available on the checkout page, including electronic payment or cash on delivery. Electronic payments are also subject to the terms of the payment service provider used on the website.

4. Delivery Within Qatar

Delivery within Qatar costs QAR 30 for orders below QAR 500.

Delivery is free for orders of QAR 500 or more, calculated after discounts and before adding delivery charges.

The customer must provide a correct telephone number, address and delivery location. Delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before it leaves for delivery. Once the order has been handed to the delivery company or employee, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the delivery charge may be deducted when a cancellation is accepted.

6. Exchanges and Returns

For quality and hygiene reasons, perfumes cannot be exchanged or returned after the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

An unopened product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that the invoice is available and the product remains in its original condition and packaging.

If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer may request an exchange, return or refund in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. These terms do not limit any statutory consumer rights.

7. Checking the Order

Customers should check their order upon delivery. If an item is missing, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the order number and a photograph of the product.

8. Refunds

When an electronic payment refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method. The amount may take several business days to appear in the customer account, depending on the bank or payment provider.

9. Privacy

Customer information is used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service and improve the shopping experience in accordance with the privacy policy published on the website. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Amada Perfumes name, logo, images, text and designs, is owned by Amada Perfumes or used with permission. It may not be copied or reused without prior approval.

11. Changes to These Terms

Amada Perfumes may update these terms when necessary. The version published on the website at the time an order is submitted will apply.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the applicable laws of the State of Qatar.
